Is there a perfect bite?

Many look for the one perfect bite position. But the body is designed for adaptation — not perfection.

Every person is unique — like a fingerprint, so too is the position of teeth and jaw. A single "perfect" bite position therefore does not exist.

Adaptation is part of physiology: the teeth are sensitive, the joint is adaptable.

Why this matters

If you measure an already damaged state and declare it the norm, you treat past the actual problem. What matters is not a rigid ideal value but a system that can adapt healthily.
