01

Seeing the whole person

We don't just look at individual teeth, but at the connections between mouth, jaw, body and overall well-being.

02

Metal-free & biocompatible

Ceramic implants and body-compatible materials — for patients who value tolerability.

03

Cause instead of symptom

Prevention and cause-oriented diagnostics — often in cooperation with physiotherapy & osteopathy.

Our focus areas

What patients come to us for

Jaw Joint & CMD

Headaches, grinding, neck & back complaints — the jaw can affect the entire body. We find the connections.

Ceramic Implants

Metal-free, tissue-friendly and stable: no corrosion, no material change — the body does not react to it. The natural alternative to titanium.

Learn more →

Biological Dentistry

Material compatibility, freedom from inflammation and prevention — dentistry in harmony with the immune system and the body.

Prophylaxis & cleaning Tooth preservation & fillings Periodontitis Dentures & prosthetics Implants (titanium & ceramic) Bone augmentation Aesthetics & bleaching Veneers Digital scan instead of impression

Of course we also offer complete classic dentistry — on request entirely metal-free. This includes classic implantology (also with titanium, bone augmentation & 3D planning) as well as metal-free ceramic implants.

When a filling is needed, we use modern, especially body-compatible composite materials — and usually a digital scan instead of a classic impression.

We deliberately do not perform root canal treatments and apicoectomies ourselves. We advise you on alternatives — and, of course, refer you to specialists if you choose that route.

Our approach

Biological dentistry is like a good recipe

You can't just pick out individual ingredients and still expect the finished dish. A lasting good result only emerges when all the components work together — compatible materials, a healthy environment in the mouth, nutrition, an intact immune system and your participation.

That's why we never look only at the single tooth, but at the interplay. Often a small change at the right moment makes possible what previously seemed impossible.

An example from practice

A patient came with recurring tension headaches for which no cause could be found for a long time. In conversation it turned out she was grinding her teeth at night. Instead of just crowning the worn teeth, we first relieved the bite — with a custom-fitted splint and in coordination with her physiotherapy.

After a few weeks the headaches noticeably eased. Only then came the aesthetic treatment — on a foundation that now holds.

Illustrative case for explanation — we plan every treatment individually, and results cannot be guaranteed.
The jaw & the whole body

When headaches, neck pain or poor sleep come from the jaw

Many complaints are connected to the bite, chewing muscles and posture — and often go unrecognised. We examine the possible connections between the jaw joint, the muscles and the body.

About me

Dr. Christopher Querling

Dentist · Winnenden

My aim is to make dentistry understandable — without jargon, but with time for a real conversation. For over 20 years I have been treating people, not just teeth, and I want to understand what lies behind the complaints rather than only repairing symptoms.

Biological, metal-free and cause-oriented dentistry is especially close to my heart. Through continuous training I stay up to date — and I share this knowledge openly so that you can decide, well-informed and at ease.

How we get to know each other

Your first appointment — calm and without pressure

1

A thorough conversation

We listen — to your complaints, wishes, history and expectations.

2

Modern, digital diagnostics

Examination of teeth, jaw and function — gentle and thorough. We usually replace unpleasant impressions with a precise digital scan. With the intraoral camera we take images from inside your mouth and explain them to you directly — so you understand your situation step by step.

3

An individual treatment plan

Clearly explained, with a treatment and cost plan — you decide at your own pace.

,,

So much gratitude — for a wonderful treatment, no pain at all. I even brought the appointment for the second bridge forward by two months. That says a lot!

Well prepared, well healed

How to behave around a procedure

The mechanisms of wound healing are similar in everyone. Our goal is not to unsettle you — quite the opposite: with a few simple behaviours we often achieve what previously seemed impossible. With ceramic implants — for instance on molars — even immediate implantation with immediate restoration is possible when your participation is right.

What supports healing

·Allow yourself rest — treat it like after an operation
·Vitamin D3 + K2 and magnesium (as we recommend)
·Drink plenty — around 2 litres of water a day
·Cool gently — the more often, the better
·Soft food in the first few days
·Gentle oral hygiene, including the wound area (soft / children's toothbrush)

What to avoid

·Sport and anything that raises your pulse
·Physical and emotional stress
·Chewing in the wound area
·Do not rinse — not even after brushing (only spit out); a wound is never rinsed out
·Coffee and black tea
·Blowing your nose (2–3 weeks, for procedures near the sinus)

The first six weeks are decisive. For your specific procedure you will receive a personal, detailed information sheet from us covering all the important points.

I just have a quick question

I've been a patient for some time and was impressed from the start — especially by the holistic view that considers not just the teeth but the whole body. Today a bigger treatment was due; my anxiety on a scale of 1–10 was an 11. Dr. Querling handles it with confidence and humour — in the end no pain at all and so much gratitude. 5 stars for him and his team!

A very professional practice with super friendly staff. I came with jaw pain and jaw clicking and was given a special splint that changes my bite position. After a while I noticed many other positive changes — I couldn't believe how much is connected to the jaw joint. Clear recommendation!

I came for an aesthetic correction of my front teeth. I was advised honestly and in detail, and the treatment itself was carried out with great precision and empathy. My initial anxiety quickly faded, and there was no waiting time. I'm really very happy with the result — thank you so much!

I was there as a new patient for a consultation and check-up and felt very comfortable from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, they took enough time and explained everything — costs, care and what to look out for. The rooms, hygiene concept and competent assistance: more than top for a first impression. A big compliment to the whole team!
